New York Fashion Week – NAEEM KHAN F/W 2018 Fashion Show

Are you ready to make a powerful entrance and get wild with fashion? Well you’ve come to the right place. A brand that needs no introduction, Naeem Khan has taken the fashion world by storm. If you keep up with Hollywood award show, or read basically any important fashion publication. I can almost one hundred percent guarantee you Naeem Khan has been seen or featured in the best dressed category. This is largely due to the fact that Naeem doesn’t play around when it comes to couture. Each garment is not only tailored to perfection, but taken to the next with luxurious embroideries, crystals and my personal favorite FRINGE!

As you can probably imagine, once the New York Fashion Week Calendar was released…I made sure to plan my entire NYFW trip around this show! This would be my second season attending the Naeem Khan’s fashion show, and I knew it wouldn’t disappoint. This seasons show was much more intimate than last season’s show, But the front row was still ON FIRE hunnie! I’m talking Olivia Palermo, Lala Anothoney, Chlow Lukasiak and Britney Snow were all slaying in custom Naeem Khan designs while they effortlessly killed the #FROW.

But more importantly the clothes…This collection was wild, I mean REALLY wild! The Fall/winter 2018 collection payed homage to the working woman of the world from all walks of life. India, Japan, Portugal, Mexico all the way up to the United States. Major looks were coming down the catwalk, each ensemble featuring embellishments or embroideries that were all done by hand. A collection that featured over 40 looks and thousands and thousands of hours of hand work. I mean, do we really expect anything less? Let me know who you think will be rocking these pieces on the red carpet by leaving a comment down bellow.

A NEW ERA OF CAVALLI – Meeting Paul Surrige in NYC

Ah! CAVALLI! One of my all-time favourite luxury brands EVER. You can imagine my excitement when I was one of 20 people invited to attend a private fashion show hosted by none other than the new creative director Paul Surrige. Flying into NYC the morning before, I was super excited to meet the entire Cavalli team that graced me with open arms. The event was hosted on the second floor of the Cavalli Madison Avenue boutique, where Paul showcased his top picks from his recent Spring/Summer 2018 one by one. Following the fashion show we had the absolute most YUMMY dinner prepared by chef Scott Conant’s in his private studio. Served on Cavalli China of course!

With that being said, I’m working on a very exciting project with Cavalli people! Everybody stay tuned.

Until Next time,

Sergio

My visit to the LAB SERIES HQ in NYC – Estee Lauder Company

Directly off my 6:30 am flight, and straight to the Estee Lauder corporate offices I went!  Can anybody give me a high five for a productive for a Monday morning? I was SUPER excited to be invited out to visit their NYC head office in the flat iron district.

Having been such a huge fan of Lab Series products ever since my trip to Miami in April 2017.

I honestly cannot live without their age rescue water charged gel cream infused with ginseng. But I’m also  pretty much love everything else too!

If you followed me on Instagram you would have seen the shenanigans that went down to make sure we got the perfect shot. It was #SoWorthIt just take a look at these epic pictures!

Until next time,

Sergio.
